The Geometry of Aversion: Elemental Tension in the Natal Chart
My New Workshop
A technique I’ve worked with for many years — one that first came to me through Jungian astrology — turns out to reveal something that’s firmly embedded in ancient astrology.
There’s a persistent misconception that traditional astrology concerns itself only with concrete outcomes and predictions, but the chart is not just a map of events. It holds so much more we can excavate, including our endless inner world.
In this workshop, we’ll look at the elements not simply as temperament, but as an elegantly ordered system of relationships and estrangements. And through the lens of aversion, something crucial is revealed that allows us to see how parts of the psyche don’t always recognize each other.
What you’ll learn
- how the relationship between the elements in your natal chart point to specific psychological tensions
- how these tensions tie into the concept of aversion (i.e., disconnection)
- how to work with these patterns in practice, both in your own chart and in consultation
